16.04.2021 Marsh Harrier.

 ~~

I haven't been posting on this blog for some time. Though I have been photographing lots of birds, hares and deer.

Today I captured a Marsh Harrier on my morning walk:

The bird came sailing over a tall hedge and surprised both of us. No chance to zoom or change settings. I just snapped away trying to keep the bird centred. The image had to be heavily cropped and resized for the blog. So it is surprising how well it turned out.
